1. No Illegal Activities. if we find any illegal activities on our servers you will be banned from our servers and not refunded.
2. Crypto Mining is banned on our Premium VPS but not on our Mining VPS, Dedicated Servers, and GPU Servers. You will be banned from our services if found guilty of mining on our Premium VPS and not refunded.
3. I will not modify the default settings of the hardware such as clock speed ect. If you are found guilty for overclocking our servers whether that be gpu or cpu, and caused physical damage you will be charged to replace the unit.
4. Do not be a Network hog, since you are on a shared bandwidth this can affect other users. You can download and upload files but do not use programs like dork parsers for cracking (wich is illegal and not allowed anyways). if you accidently got affected by a botnet or anything else thats using up a lot of bandwith please contact me. so I can fix it
